Our facility maintenance services include:

• Planned and predictive building maintenance and corrective repairs for electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordination and oversight of specialised contractors for fire alarm/sprinkler inspections, scale certifications, hoists, overhead doors, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Management of annual budgeted projects such as lighting system re-engineering for improved working environments, lower energy use, improved maintainability and lower lifecycle costs.
